What will the scan examine?
It is fertility scan which examines uterus, endometrial cavity and ovaries to exclude cysts, fibroids or polyps. We will count your antral follicles to assess your ovarian reserves.
How is ovarian assessment ultrasound done?
The scan is usually performed trans-vaginal, with the ultrasound probe.
Please do let us know if you have any concerns or questions with regards to trans-vaginal method, or if you might be allergic to latex.

What are the preparations for this scan?
No special preparations needed for this scan.
What is included?
